| Preschool Admission
Dear Preschool Parent,
Thank you for your interest in Moses Lake Christian Academy. We are an academic community that seeks to work in relationship with the church and home to provide a Christ-centered education. Our desire is to invest in the lives of students. We are pleased that you are considering asking us to join you in the development, nurture, and formation of your student.
The admissions process is as follows:
- Prospective families will submit the completed application with a $75.00 admissions fee and forms listed on the bottom of this page.
- Parent(s) will meet with the administration for an interview to discuss personal history, philosophy, and Christian commitment.
- After the interview process is completed, if MLCA or the family decides to not complete the admissions process, MLCA will refund $25.00.
- When the admission process is complete we will put you on the newsletter list so you are kept up to date on all activities planned for the 2009-2010 school year.
We are excited to explore the future with you. It is our desire to welcome you into the Moses Lake Christian Academy community. We pray that as we explore this possibility together we will find the best educational situation for your student.

The following forms must be submitted before the interview is set up:
q Application Fee:
Make check payable to Moses Lake Christian Academy. The application cannot be processed until the application fee has been paid.
q Parents Pledge Form:
Both parents and/or legal guardians need to agree to and sign this form.
q Tuition Payment Options:
Please choose your payment plan. Families opting to pay tuition on a monthly schedule need to fill out the Agreement for Pre-authorized Withdrawal’s form.
q Student Character Reference Form:
Parents: Please submit this form to your pastor, church leader or other representative who is most familiar with your family. Provide a stamped envelope addressed to: Admissions at MLCA.
q Teacher Recommendation:
Please give the Teacher Recommendation Form to the student’s current teacher(s). This form should be mailed from the teacher directly to Moses Lake Christian Academy.
q Transcript Release Form:
Please be sure transcripts are legible.
q Home School Transcript Form:
Please complete the enclosed Home School Transcript Form and include all achievement test scores, a written list of subjects taken and curriculum used. Provide the credits received, grades, and transcripts from any previously attended schools (if applicable) for the past 3 years.
q Immunization Status Form:
Required with applications for Preschool, Kindergarten and students previously home schooled.
q Financial Aid Application:
Families intending to apply for financial aid can apply online at: www.ffna1.com or contact the Main Office for an application.
