Student Emergency Forms:
If, during the school year, you move and/or change jobs, please inform the school office to update your child’s emergency form.

Student Absence Reporting:
If your student will be absent from school, please call the office at 765-9704 to report the absence. If you would like to request homework assignments, please go onto Sycamore and Pass-A-Note to your child's teacher.
Inclement Weather:
In the event of ice, snow, or other inclement weather we will make a decision early in the morning about school closures or delays. Listen to KBSN AM 14.70 or KDRM FM 99.3 for school closures or delays. See the "School Hours" page for the delayed start class schedule. AM Preschool classes and Kindergarten will be cancelled on delayed start days.
Lost & Found:
Elementary students, mark all your clothing (coats, sweaters, especially Wednesday’s uniforms) with your name. There is a “Lost & Found” for both elementary and secondary. Please check the offices in the elementary and secondary building for lost items.
Class Changes:
Classes for 7th-12th grade students can be changed only during the first two weeks of each semester. Students must use an Add/Drop form (from the office) for this purpose.
Teacher Devotions:
Teachers meet for prayer on Thursdays from 7:30am-7:45am.
HOSTS program (Help Our School To Succeed):
A HOSTS fee is included in your tuition payment. Once you work the required amount of hours (15 hours per student, cap at 45 hours per family) you will receive a reduction in tuition of $200.00 per child up to three children. If you would like to donate this back, it is tax deductible. There is a black binder in the office to keep track of hours worked.
